Bershka, a company committed to equality of opportunities, select an Ecommerce Business Analyst. As an Ecommerce business analyst at Bershka you measure the success of our online presence. You are responsible for analyzing and reporting changes in online sales and other KPIs to the managing team so they are well-informed when making business decisions. Beyond sales, you will also track a different set of Ecommerce metrics to generate insights in driving our online business further.

FUNCTIONS

·  Analyze the various factors that influence customer decision-making in Ecommerce in all channels (website and mobile app shop, marketplaces).

·  Turn data into insights to all relevant areas (marketing, CRM, catalogue management) and track improvements.

·  Analyze the company's digital marketing plan, using web analytics as well as other data sources to develop recommendations for improvements, and models to assist in the evaluation of potential investment opportunities.

·  Set up reporting functions and dashboards to monitor important Ecommerce data such as unique visitors, acquisition, sales, retention and attrition.

·  Forecast future sales using historic data.

·  Use demographic and behavior information to create customer profiles.

·  Study patterns and trends relating to customer Ecommerce activities.

Experience of 3 years of working experience, preferably in a fashion B2C environment

Good knowledge about the latest Ecommerce solutions and who is up to date about the latest web analytics and business intelligence software.

Good knowledge of : Excel, Google Analytics, SQL, Tableau|Qlikview|Microstrategy or other BI tool
