We are recruiting for our HQ (Sallent - Barcelona), a Customer Service profile to join our team!
We are constantly growing! We are preparing the launch of new product lines and soon we are going to move our HQ to Cerdanyola del Vallès (close to Barcelona city).
Your main tasks will be:
· Handle more complex enquiries and complaints escalated cases from level 1.
· Authorize refunds or other compensation to customers.
· Take ownership of customer's issues and follow problems through to resolution.
· Help to develop or update customer service policies and procedures.
· Make sure accurate records are kept of communications with customers.
· Analyse key management information to see how well customers are being served.
· Train staff to deliver a high standard of customer service.
· Manage all operations in the launching of new market.
We are looking for a communicative and proactive person, used to work in a dynamic and international environment with good organizational skills and teamwork spirit.
Bus service is available from Barcelona, Sabadell and Terrassa, to headquarters.
