Your day to day
In a nutshell, as Police Report Clerk, you will be responsible for making sure that all guest in house are registered in the CID system and to be the hotel contact person with the CID department. You will also ensure that NO discrepancy is found between Opera and CID system. In case of any must be explained to the DM or FOM.

Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown is scheduled to open Q2 2020 and we are now seeking an active and lively Police Report Clerk to join our team. This person will be responsible for guest security and book keeping in this vibrantly designed lifestyle hotel located in a key location in Dubai.As the first lifestyle branded hotel of IHG in the Middle East, this exciting project really is something to be part of. This is a great opportunity for talented hospitality and Front Office professionals to step up in their career and experience a new challenge in a trendy lifestyle brand.You'll report to the Guest Experience Manager/Front Office Manager, and you’ll play a big role in supporting the overall success of the hotel.The right fit for this role is someone who has solid hotel background with an energetic and fun personality. He/She should be passionate about people and hospitality. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential. If you are this person, we’d like to meet you.Ideally, you will need to be flexible with working hours and be a team player.You should have a minimum of 1-year experience in similar role. You must be computer literate with effective communication skills and an excellent command of written and spoken Arabic & English, in addition to Opera proficiency. You should also possess a strong character with a harmonious attitude to lead a multi-cultural team to reach the set goals of the department.
