About us

Join us as a F&B Waiter in Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium. You will be responsible to deliver exceptional customer focused service through adherence to InterContinental Hotels Group Policies and procedures.

 

Your day to day

Description:

·  Recycles where-ever possible and enforces cost saving measures to staff
·  Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guestcomments and other relevant information  
·  Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled
·  Prepares for service by ensuring: Grooming is impeccable
·  Outlet equipment is clean, equipment is sorted and stored
·  Glassware, Flatware is polished.
·  Tables are set, Reservations are read and familiarized
·  Outlet is ready for service and guest comfort
·  Food orders are taken quickly
·  Payment methods are handled accurately  
·  Working areas are cleaned and re-set quickly
·  Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints
·  Food and beverage stock is stored in relation to hotel procedures

 

What we need from you

·  High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field, with 1 year of related experience or an equivalent combinationof education and experience.
·  Obtained alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.  
·  Demonstrated ability to interact with customers,employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
