Your day to day
'The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As Bell Services Ambassador you’ll assist to take good care of guests belongings eg luggages delivery. At times, you will need to conduct wake up calls for our guests to ensure they are on time according to their needs. You are a brand ambassador for your hotel and you demonstrate True Confidence by knowing the hotel and its surrounding at your fingertips. '
What we need from you
Ideally you are service oriented, pleasant and able to communicate in fluent English. You have also attained at least GCE O Level Certification. and have at least 1 year of experience in a customer focused environment.
