Your day to day

As Banquet Supervisor, you will manage the delivery of a range of high-profile events and support the team in delivering exceptional service to our guests and clients consistently. You will take ownership to ensure food, beverage and other services are delivered to the highest standard in accordance with the event requirements. You will take charge of the delivery of events, leading the team and supporting banquet team leaders.

In additions, you will be involved in other behind-the-scene activities including stock ordering, bill posting, staff training and HACCP compliances to help plan and execute departmental processes and initiatives. 

Your focus will be on banquet operations with the opportunity to provide support to the greater Food & Beverage department as needed. This role will suit a banquet supervisor or team leader who has extensive experience in five-star operations and is ready for the next challenge.

What we need from you

You will be a motivated and genuine person who loves to interact with a variety of people and working as part of a team. You will have a real passion for exceeding guest expectations. You will have the experience in leading a team in five-star operations with the ability to communicate effectively with a strong problem solving skills. Your excellent attention to details will help us stand out by creating truly luxurious, memorable experience for our guests and clients.You will hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol, be able to work across a 7 day rotating roster.
