Infrastructure Specialists for Hybrid Cloud Projects (Wintel) deliver multi-cloud & infrastructure Project services leveraging their Windows and virtualization subject matter expertise in both traditional and cloud environments. Services include design, implementation and customization of products and technology delivered in a time-bound, milestone based project schedule driven by client requirements and delivered using IBM service methodology. Project services typically involve heavy interaction with the client in support of concluding the Project to meet the client's requirements.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Education:

·  A degree in Computer Science/Management or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
Experience:
·  Microsoft Windows Server 5+ years, at least 1 year in large enterprise environments with 2000+ servers.
·  Scripting 3+ years in the above scripting languages.
·  Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) 2+ years.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
·  Solid knowledge of VMware virtualization technologies.
·  Broad Technical Background including but not restricted to servers, storage, networking, backups, security, etc.
·  Scripting and automation with PowerShell, PowerShell DSC and VBS.
·  Public cloud experience (Azure, AWS, Rackspace, etc.).
·  Ability to write technical documentation and procedures.
·  Good knowledge of server hardware, preferably Dell PowerEdge.
·  Knowledge of systems performance analysis and security tuning.
·  Strong working knowledge in ITIL Framework.
·  Automation knowledge over Ansible and other automation tools.

·  Certification: Microsoft MCSA / MCSE / MCITP – Windows Servers or Cloud Infrastructure.
SCRUM or any other agile qualification.
·  Hyper-V expertise.
·  Microsoft System Center Suite expertise (SCCM is a must, SCOrch and SCOM)
·  Experience with either SCCM OSD or Windows Deployment Services 2+ years.
·  Orchestration tools like SCOrch, Azure Runbooks, Jenkins.
