IBM is in charge of delivering and managing for several main financial institutions in Belgium their complete Workplace front end environment currently built on Citrix Server Based Computing and VDI technology (with possible future extension on Cloud technology).IBM is in charge of delivering and managing for several main financial institutions in Belgium their complete Workplace front end environment currently built on Citrix Server Based Computing and VDI technology (with possible future extension on Cloud technology). For this purpose, we need a Business Application Expert end to end responsible for the coordination of the setup, testing, implementation and support of the different golden image baselines (>15) generated for those different environments. This supervision & coordination key role is in permanent contact with the local customer representatives, Citrix & Workplace SMEs, Packaging Factory and Business package release coordinators. He is the final responsible for the respect of the content, planning (bi-monthly release) and qualitative delivery of the new generated images.

You have a master degree or similar level by experience. You have at least seven years of technical experience in large financial IT infrastructures. You have an in-depth knowledge of the Citrix-Microsoft Desktop Virtualization Solutions (Citrix XenDesktop and Citrix XenApp). You have a demonstrated expertise in the technical IT platform Windows 2012, 2016, 2019, Micrisft SCCM and in App-V technologies, AppSense and AppDNA. Good knowledge of storage appliances Netapp, EMC, IBM Pureflex, and principles of NAS, SAN and accompanying virtualization technologies. Advanced Networking concepts (TCP/IP, Routing, Firewalls, Network Security). You have strong analytical and creative problem solving skills to resolve 3rd level incidents. Structured, autonomous and stress resistant, you are well organized with a good time management to work with multiple priorities and you are able to set your own and project priorities with minimal supervision. Customer facing, you look forward to interact with key people from our customers and understand their business and ICT demands for future solutions. Permanent interaction with customer representatives, vendors, and technical staff is required. Excellent oral and written communications skills, fluency (spoken and written) in Dutch, French and English is required. Your are able to provide high quality standard documentation (communicate complex technical contents plainly and simply). You are eager to learn and extend your knowledge of new Business applications and third party tools and technologies. You assist with project planning and architecture design.
