At HP Barcelona, we are looking for a dynamic fresh-student from university to join our EMEA HR team based in Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona, Spain).
Working in a fast-paced and international business environment provides interns with invaluable experience applying the knowledge and skills learned at university. This part-time internship is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience in HR whilst graduating
 
Job Description:
 
o   Participates in the process of developing business / workforce plans aligned to the Supply Chain business needs.
o   Monitor and tracking of ongoing finance budget and workforce plan implementation.
Partners with different business managers, business planners, Finance and HR function for organizational initiatives

Perfil buscado

Education and Experience Required:
 
University Student  in Business Administration, Economics or Human Resources currently
Fluent in English
Knowledge of database management tools and Excel modeling
 
Knowledge and Skills Required:
 
Good analytical and quantitative skills, highly organized and detail-oriented
Good communication and presentation skills
Strong organization and multi-tasking abilities with initiative to drive project end to end
Strong team player and customer oriented
Enthusiast, open minded and business and human resources understanding and passion
