Hermès Ibérica is currently seeking one Full Time Sales Assistant (W/M) for its Boutique in Madrid.

General mission

·  The role will be to assist the Store Manager in all aspects of the Hermès boutique within Hermès standards of image and services worldwide.
·  The candidate will provide exceptional customer service to all clients whilst supporting the Boutique with daily operations and back of house duties.
·  The successful candidate will assist in maintaining the store environment, brand image and customer service and will be involved in boutique related activities.

Main activities

Meet sales targets of the boutique
Deliver excellent customer service and product advice to diverse clients
Deliver operational duties
Maintain physical store image and visual merchandising

Applicant profile

·  - Retail experience is essential.
·  - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, service orientation, passion, motivation for selling and a strong aesthetic sense.
·  - Excellent written and spoken Spanish is essential, as well as a fluent level of English or French and a third language, preferably Russian or Portuguese.
