HRDirect is part of the Shared Service Center Organization and delivers professional local, regional and global Operations. In our SSC in Mexico we are delivering HR services for North America and Latin America. One of our value prepositions is the area of Data Management providing technical support for the HR online tools and direct support to employees/ managers through our contact center.
What we offer
· To act as 1st level support for HR Systems within our Talent Management cycle for North America and Latin America
· To help internal stakeholders with their requests/queries and to give an accurate solution
· To have a first job experience with HR processes
· To learn about other topics like ISO and continuous improvement
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Who we are looking for
· Last semester student (Business Admon., IT or related studies)
· Customer oriented and analytical thinking (perspective and judgment)
· Initiative & determination to achieve
· Excellent knowledge of English is mandatory (spoken & written)
· Proficient knowledge of MS.
