Marketing Concept Manager for H&M Spain
We are looking for a Marketing Concept Manager who will be responsible for the planning, implementation and follow-up of the local marketing strategy in one or more of the H&M concepts. The position reports directly to the Marketing Manager and is based in Barcelona, Spain.
WHAT:
•Responsible for the planning, implementation and follow-up of the local marketing strategy in one or more of the H&M concepts
•Successful implementation and co-ordination of global marketing campaigns across all bought media and owned media channels
•Work with Sales and Visual Team ‘buddies’ to implement, plan and report on concept
•Follow up and report on KPI’s and objectives connected to responsibility
•Liaise with local media agency
•Sign-off media strategy and budget with Media Manager
•Identify new opportunities within media
•Communicate clearly with PR department on media strategy and potential opportunities
•React short-term on selling situations
•Work with internal systems
•Proof reading and text approvals for campaigns and marketing material
•Plan and forecast budget

REQUIREMENTS:
•Marketing, communication or business degree/relevant qualifications
•1-3 years of experience in marketing
•A fashion background/deep interest and knowledge of fashion
•Great project management skills
•Work well under stressful conditions
•Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as a team player
•Doer, flexible and detail-oriented
•High level of English and strong in local language, both spoken and written
•Fluent in Microsoft office
•Experience from media or production agency or working with influencers is a plus
