Lease Manager - H&M Portugal

We are looking for a driven person who is interested in working as a Lease Manager representing H&M Group.

As a Lease Manager you will

·     Find top locations for new stores

·     Create growth plans for all our brands

·     Negotiate lease contracts with property owners

·     Create agreements in order to generate good business for H&M Group

Lease Manager Profile

Overall you enjoy working in a role with many different cultures and with a significant amount of travelling.  We believe that you are ambitious, competitive, humble and a fast learner. You have analytical skills and leadership capabilities as well as a strong track record of results.

To be successful you need knowledge on how to optimize sales as well as to have an interest in and an understanding of retail in general. On top of this you need to be confident and not afraid to leave your comfort zone.

You will report to the Expansion Manager for Spain & Portugal and work close together with the construction team and the store architects. You will be based in Barcelona but work a big part of your time in Portugal.

We expect that you have

·     Passion for developing and driving the results in leasing/expansion team

·     Strong in planning and executing together with a “can-do attitude” and self-motivating way of working

·     Fluent in English and Portuguese, both written and verbal and strong communication skills in general

·     1-5 years of experience or education from the relevant field is an asset
