We are having a fashion revolution within H&M! That’s why we are looking for talented people with a Human Resources perspective and a business-mindset to ensure the best teams and enhance the shopping experience in the stores in an area.

As a business partner youensure and follow up that we are working with quality processes in recruitment, training and development together with the Area Manager and Area Team. As well as ensuring and monitoring good employee relations.

             WHAT? 
·  Ensure, maintain and increase H&M standards of customer service in your area
·  Ensure and follow up store specific sourcing activities
·  Monitor future needs for the area and act on it
·  Secure a quality recruitment process
·  Plan and organize introduction trainings for all employees in your own Area.
·  Monitor area needs and guarantee mandatory trainings together with Master Trainer (MT)
·  Have a clear overview of internal potentials in your area for the organization
·  Ensure a succession plan for all store management positions together with Area Manager
·  Support store management teams in challenging situations with employees
·  Analyse staff rotation and sickness and act on it
·  Assure working conditions according to local law and global H&M policies
·  Support and promote our values and employer branding initiatives

REQUIREMENTS

·  Preferably business management, HR or other related studies.
·   At least 2-3 years of experience in above areas and within a leadership role.
·  Fluent in English and strong in local language, both spoken and written.
·  Excellent in Microsoft office - Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
·  Open to new future professional experiences on a global level
