Key Accountabilities

· Reporting into Communication Manager
· Assisting on all product related requests - Co-ordinating the booking of samples in and out, following up on sample returns, assisting publications with product and catwalk image requests, submitting stockist and pricing credit details upon request in a timely manner once products have been shot for editorial
· Assisting with orders of seasonal collection samples, imputing and checking samples in and out of sample tracker system on a daily basis
· Liaising with Milan head office and other international offices for sample support for Spain based and international editorial shoots
· Collect and submit to Milan all seasonal women's and men's collection post show reviews
· Prepare reports and presentations

Qualifications :

Key Requirements

·  Previous experience in a Luxury fashion house PR and Marketing department and/or within a publishing house's magazine fashion department.
·  Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
·  Strong organisational skills and attention to details
·  Good knowledge of MS Office suite (word, excel, power point)
·  Fluent in Spanish and English, written and spoken
