Summary
Role Mission

The Internship is within the Gucci Spain & Greece HR Team based in Barcelona.
Under the supervision of the team the intern will have the opportunity to see different processes and activities focusing on the Retail Business.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities

·  Support the recruitment process for retail profiles
·  Collect all relevant paperwork for new joiners
·  Data Entry and Maintenance of HR Internal System database
·  Help with analysis & reporting activities

Job requirements

·  Master's Degree in Management (Major in HR will be a plus)
·  Fluent in Spanish & English is mandatory
·  Willingness to learn
·  Precision and analytical problem solving skills
·  Goal oriented approach
·  Team-oriented with a pro-active and determined attitude
·  Have an eye for detail and be able to prioritize and multitask
·  Proficiency in Excel
