As a member of this team YOU are responsible for the management of sales and internal resources for the company´s key accounts, maintaining a long term relationship with accounts and maximizing and capitalizing sales opportunities for our brands and categories. He/She is accountable for managing resources, the accomplishment of objectives and goals in line with company expectations in terms of G2N, volume, sales fundamentals and profitability.
This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are • The KAM is responsible for the management of GSK resources in order to develop our brands with his /her key customers, managing & controlling their P&L and G2N in quarterly basis.

• His/her responsibility is the accomplishment of objectives and goals in line with Company expectations in terms of volume, sales fundamentals, new launches “perfect punch”, forecast accuracy, savings and profitability.

• Develop his/her customers to its maximum potential through customized business plans (JBP´s) implementation in order to achieve and exceed the business expectations related with sales volume, category growth and profitability, always looking for new business ways.

• Understand the actual situation of each account, considering their strengths and opportunities, in order to maintain clarity about the vision and strategies to be followed with them.

• Develop strong and trustworthy relationships with the executives of all levels in his/her customers, in order to assure the growth and development of the business for the short, medium and long terms.

• Design, negotiate and maintain control for the investment of the Merchandise and Promotional Fund, analyzing the results of the main activities (ROI, sales growth, etc).

• Responsible of Price Lists: maintaining the right alignment between the customers´ catalogue costs and GSK invoicing system. Responsible for listing of new products.

• Responsible of maintaining open communication with the commercial team, in order to assure the alignment of the corporate strategies in Mexico.

• Twice a year top to top business reviews for JBP´s with strategic cusotomers: 80/20.

• Elaboration, implementation and followup of Joint business plans of his / her key accounts: 80/20

• Supervises returns process according to GSK policies

• Knows and uses market statistics available: for example IMS, DDD, sales reports, IMS, ISCAM, Pricetrack

We are looking for people/professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:
• Professional graduated in Business administration, mkt, ingeneering or similar.
• 2 years experience in sales
• Desired 80%-100% English
• Complexity: National coverage.
• Experience in Key Account management (minimum 2 years), Sales force (3 years) with high level of performance.
• Demonstrated skills on key factors such as: Business administration, analytical and problems solving, clear communication, proactively and excellent follow up, team work and priority management.
• Basic experience on Marketing and Finance as well as financial statements analysis.
• Demonstrated skills on high level negotiations at all levels inside the Organization and with customers.
• Office software knowledge.
• Knowledge of the procurement policies and procedures, Sales, Credit and Collection management of the different commercial associates, as well as channel market strategies.
