職務の目的

·  To collect and analyze business data, providing insights and recommendations to management and stakeholders to support decision-making.
·  To facilitate data-driven decision-making, aiding in the growth and efficiency of the business.

主な業務内容

·  Data Analysis: Analyze collected data to extract insights into business performance, market trends, customer behavior, etc.
·  Visualization of Analysis Results: Design KPIs aligned with business objectives and create easy-to-understand dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI to visualize the results.
·  Democratization of Data and Data Analysis: Facilitate access to data and plan, implement, and manage activities to promote the internal use of BI tools and educational activities, thereby enhancing data literacy and self-BI analysis capabilities within the organization.
·  Support for Data-Driven Decision Making: Provide strategic advice based on data to stakeholders as a partner in strategic planning, contributing to the improvement of business strategies and operations.

·  データ分析 : 収集したデータを分析し、ビジネスのパフォーマンス、市場動向、顧客行動などの洞察を抽出。
·  分析結果の視覚化 : ビジネス目標に合わせたKPIを設計し、Power BIをはじめとしたBIツールを用いて理解しやすいダッシュボードやレポートを作成して結果を視覚化する。
·  データやデータ分析の民主化 : データへのアクセスを容易にし、BIツールの社内利用促進活動および教育活動を企画・実施・管理し、社内におけるデータリテラシーやSelf-BI分析能力の向上を促進する。
·  データドリブンな意思決定のサポート : 戦略立案のパートナーとしてデータに基づく戦略的アドバイスをステークホルダーに提供し、ビジネス戦略や運営の改善に貢献する。

必要な条件 Basic Qualification  

スキル(いずれかの３年以上の経験)　 Skill　(Any of them for 3 years or more)

·  Skills in visualizing data using BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
·  Basic knowledge required for the management and maintenance of data infrastructure (data lakes, data marts, data warehouses).
·  Problem-solving ability to understand business issues and guide solutions.
·  Reporting and presentation skills to convey complex analysis results in a way that non-technical people can understand.
·  Collaboration ability to solve problems while working with multiple departments and stakeholders.

·  Tableau、Power BIなどのBIツールを使用したデータの視覚化スキル
·  データ基盤（データレイク、データマート、データウェアハウス）の管理・維持に必要な基礎知識
·  ビジネス上の問題を理解し、解決に導く課題解決力
·  複雑な分析結果を非技術者にも理解できる形で伝えられるレポーティング・プレゼンテーション能力
·  複数の部門やステークホルダーと協力しながら問題解決できるコラボレーション能力

経験 (いずれかの３年以上の経験) Experience (Any of them for 3 years or more)  

·  Experience leading data analysis projects, including data collection, preprocessing, and visualization.
·  Experience using BI tool or DWH
·  Project management / stakeholder management
·  Knowledge of programming languages related to data analysis, such as SQL, Python, R.
·  データ収集・前処理・可視化等のデータ分析プロジェクト主導経験
·  BIツールやデータウェアハウス技術の使用経験
·  プロジェクトマネジメント・ステークホルダーマネジメント
·  SQL、Python、Rなどのデータ分析に関連するプログラミング言語の知識

学位/資格/語学力 Education/certification/Language
