MISSION :  

 

Provide direct support for Groupe SEB brands (All-Clad, T-fal, Lagostina, Krups and Rowenta) through in-store merchandising, promotion support, product training, and other related activities in a specified market consisting of multiple retail stores. Drive increased sales and meet business objectives through influence and partnership building. Specific duties include:

·  Conduct business point-of-sale analysis
·  Conduct product training and presentation skills training
·  Basic and strategic in-store merchandising (re-stocking shelves, cleaning product displays, installing signage, working with store management to get better product placement)
·  Build and leverage relationships within our key retailers
·  Participate in gift registry/bridal events
·  Conduct in-store cooking demonstrations
·  Educate and sell to consumers in assigned stores. (Weekend work is required)
·  Act as the Groupe SEB product expert
·  Install/maintain collateral materials at store level (brochures, signage, etc.)
·  Assess stock levels and work with stores to keep appropriate levels
·  Keep all stock clean and presentable (clean and dust displays, re-box duplicates, replace damaged boxes, etc.)
·  Conduct product training with store associates when needed in store. Motivate sales associates to sell Groupe SEB products
·  Assist with special events, training, meetings as requested by Territory Lead

PROFILE:  

·  Bachelor Degree preferred but not required
·  2+ years sales and/or retail experience
·  Self-Motivated
·  Strong relationship building skills
·  Works Well Independently
·  Goal/Results Oriented
·  Proven Leadership Ability
·  Good Communication and Presentation Skills
·  Organized w/ Good Time Management Skills
·  Professional appearance/presentation
·  Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs
·  Must be able to stand or walk for 8 or more hours throughout the day; climbing ladders and stairs
·  Must be available to travel within a territory span
·  Willingness/ability to work weekends
