To improve Goodyears reliability and availabiltiy in delivering the right tires to the right customer at the right time. Build the link between Planning, Supply and Customer Services

To drive execution of ordermanagent in line with the plan and distribution Strategy

To manage the Sales Allowance process at Market level in line with the PBU priorities and to provide reliable supply information to Goodyear Customers cross TBUs

To provide visibility on supply risks and opportunities to the local sales organizations

To monitor the inventory level in order to improve the inventory quality thoughout corrective actions
