Role Summary/Purpose
You will be driving and executing the creation, refinement, and sustainment of planning/scheduling activities of Product development programs to achieve proper schedule fulfilment and resources management.
Essential Responsibilities
· Drives the integrated planning activities for LC programs and works closely with Program Managers and the rest of the functions (specifically with Engineering) to provide operational and detailed schedules
· Shares identified risks with Program Managers and participates in mitigations definition
· Facilitates staffing meetings with Engineering Area functional managers to provide resource availability and assignment to the programs
· Keep information accuracy in P6 schedules (progress, resources, etc.)
· Gives support to engineers and the rest of organization for use of scheduling tools (UDC and P6)
Qualifications/Requirements
· Engineering degree
· Previous experience in a role with direct involvement in creating and maintaining program schedules
· Data analysis skills
· Deep knowledge of Primavera scheduling tool will be highly valued
· Proficiency in Microsoft products such as Project, Word, Excel and Power Point
· EU Work Permit
