Summary:
This role will be responsible for executing on multiple on-site HR processes including Employee onboarding, offboarding, reporting, HR system etc. This role requires emphasis on data integrity and analysis to support key on-site HR operation.
Essential Responsibilities:
Responsible for the successful execution of one or more employee’s On/Off boarding & Lifecycle process.
Manage service delivery metrics and/or third-party supplier performance in relation to the assigned process.
Handle employee relations matters, serving as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns, and facilitating conflict resolution when necessary.
Act at location culture and values leader injecting practices in all aspects of work life and be a benefits ambassador, being available to the population for consultation for all onboarding and ongoing questions from employees.
Assist with payroll processing and other HR-related administrative tasks as a in-country site focal.
Drive increased productivity and compliance through process improvements, standardization, and simplification within assigned area.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
Foster a culture of customer service excellence and continuous process improvement by providing "Best in Class" customer service and advise on complex questions/requests from employees, business and HR partners.
Maintain high standards of accuracy, timeliness and quality to ensure compliance with relevant legal and GE Vernova policy requirements.
Develop effective relationships with stakeholders through strong interpersonal skills and proactive communication.
Continuously build and share area of expertise; keep current with internal and external updates and changes.
Provide ad-hoc operational support for assigned process.
Preparation of year-end reporting & associated statistics.
Required:
Bachelor's degree and above
Fluency in Korean is must, and basic English communication skills.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR Operation or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of country labor regulations.
