Role Summary/Purpose

Service Productivity team is responsible for driving implementation of a formal project management methodology with continuous improvement processes that drive long-term cost and cycle efficiency for the region.
Essential Responsibilities

The Responsibilities of this position will include:

·  Support KPI definition and creation of metric package

·  Support the industrialization of Program/Process to drive Project Management best practice and productivity initiative implementation

·  Support Operational Excellence Process Development

·  Operation performance analysis

·  Support Operation team on drive program operating rhythm
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Database and reporting tool experience

·  Ability to manage multiple projects and work autonomously

·  Bachelor or Master Degree in technical or finance field

·  Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure

·  Excellent facilitation, presentation, and verbal & written communication skills

·  Fluency in both written and verbal English is required; an additional language would be advantageous

·  EU Work Permit
