Essential Responsibilities
• Provide Human Resources support to management and employees to ensure consistent
• Provide support for the development of annual reviews, job design, staffing, compensation and
organizational change effectiveness
• Support leaders on Human Resource issues; including policies, procedures, practices, staffing
and organization
• Provide support on change initiatives including planning, facilitating, etc.
• Provide support for the development and execution of a communication plan to ensure effective
two-way communication takes place
• Assure that appropriate training opportunities are in place
• Work with leaders and employees to establish and maintain a positive work environment
Desired profile
Qualifications/Requirements
*Currently studying the last two years of a bachelor or engineering degree (Business
Administration, Industrial Engineering)
*Part time interns: 5 hours daily
*Strong interest in building a career in GE / human resources
*Fully bilingual in English, oral and written
*Proactive and high self-motivated
*Able to work with people at all levels
*Leadership skills, able to motivate and work with others
*Excellent communication skills
*Ability to evaluate and understand reasonably complex issues and work through problems to
deliver results in an organized and structured manner.
*Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high quality work at speed, using
technology to check and valid information where appropriate.
*Exceptional analytical skills - the ability to take large amounts of raw data and translate into
understandable reports
