Job description

Mission:
Assure SLA commitment is accomplished restoring normal operations as
quick as possible with the least possible impact on either the business or the
user.

A week in the life of

Main Responsibilities:
Incident ownership, tracking and communication.
Incident detection and recording using the available tools (Nagios, Cacti, STIM, Statistics Web site, customer call).
Classification and initial support.
Investigation and diagnosis
Resolution (or escalation if needed), recovery and incident closure.
Services documentation update (O&M guide, process, reports, etc)

Desired profile

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Education:
Technician in informatics or University student in Engineering
(Computing/Electrical / Electronic) or Computing Science.
Languages: Spanish and English intermediate.
Experience in years: Experience in support activity is a good asset.
Technical Knowledge: Operational system administration (Linux or Windows) is a good asset.
Competencies:
