To take on this challenge, we are recruiting our Country Manager in Italy for a V.I.E experience (The Volunteer for International Experience programme is aimed at young people up to the age of 28 from France or other countries of the European Union).
At the core of papernest’s internationalization projects, leading our Italian market entry, you will have an intense, polyvalent role with a strong impact on the development of our Italian business.
360° / relay of the italian activities launch
- Coordinate and follow-up actions of the Italian market roadmap : you will be the main point of contact, both internally within papernest, and externally with our suppliers partners, for the launching & scaling of our activities in Italy
Strategy/business development
- Be the main point of contact for our Italian suppliers partners :
- Follow-up (strategic partnership, set-up) & deepening of B2B partnerships
- Prospection and development of new B2B partners (on new and existing services)
- Monitor & report on our performance
- Dashboarding & reporting
- Ops (call center) & business performance
- Conduct ad-hoc strategic/market analysis & support our acquisition growth
Operations
- Set up Italian operational team directly though a collaboration with Operational teams
- Operational set-up with suppliers (ex. relay with our French Ops/Tech teams for back-office set-up & integration as well as tools automation, tracking of sales)
- In-site suppliers launch and follow up / improvement of operational performance (scripting, process optimisation, designing training book)
- Assist the COO on Italian operations roadmap
We are looking for
- Top tier business or engineering school
- Very autonomous, fast-learner, enthusiastic, team-player
Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Very analytic skills (you master Excel and are ideally familiar with SQL)
- Appetence for operations : you are not afraid to get your hand dirty
- Native language level in Italian, with French or English fluency
