Our Faurecia Interior Systems Business Group – North America Operations (NAO) Division is looking for a VIE Logistics Specialist m/f for its site in Blue Springs, MO, USA.

The main missions of the role are:
Participation in the implementation of the Faurecia Excellence System (FES) Principles (Lean Manufacturing Principles)
Follow up of the Inventory and support for the Faurecia Core System Implementation
Participation in commissioning of automated guided vehicles
Support in Program Transfer and Launch
Learning the fundamentals of warehouse design
Proposing and setting up improvement ideas
The length of the VIE is 18 months
The V.I.E., an international young graduate program, enables young professionals who are less than 28 and European Union nationals to work for a French company in any country of the world. The ideal candidate will have/be:
Master's degree in Logistics
First experience in Logistics
Fluent in English
First experience in automotive is a plus
Eager to implement new processes
