PRODUCTION SHIFT LEADER (H/F)

Transportation markets include original-equipment and aftermarket automotive, heavy-duty truck, agricultural and marine applications, and new technologies for hybrid vehicles and automotive applications. Industrial markets include network power applications such as telecommunications, electric utilities, railroads, photovoltaic (solar-power related) and uninterruptible power supply (UPS), and motive-power applications including lift trucks, mining and other commercial vehicles.
Your mission:
You will be part of the production team in the plant. After an induction program of 3 months you will become a shift leader, and you will ensure the management of the production in one area of the plant.
In this role main responsibilities:
- To manage direct reports (training, motivation, development …)
- To organize the production in order to reach the objectives (efficiency, quantity, quality and security)
- To lead the continuous improvement actions
Your Profile:
- Engineer with a first experience as apprentice in an industrial company.
- Good written and oral communication. English professional and Spanish (at least intermediate level, fluent preferred). Leadership skills. Problem solving and decision making.
