Present in forty-four countries, the company employs more than 1,700 professionals and is now looking for English Speaking Customer Service Agents to join our Customer Services team in Barcelona, Spain.

The main responsibilities are:

Reporting directly to the Customer Care Supervisor, the Customer Service Agents are responsible for:

· Providing Customer Service support via email and, occasionally, face to face and telephone contact;
· Responding, by email or telephone, to all claims, concerns, suggestions or queries related to the contracted services at any Brand / site the ODIGEO group;
· Other duties may include English translation, supporting social media issues and legal cases.

Essential requirements:

· Native English speaker;
· A strong ability to communicate in Spanish.
· Excellent written communication skills;
· Computer literate and the ability to operate a range of different systems and database.

Desired requirements:

· A formal education or proven experience in the tourism industry;
· Customer Service experience;
· Salary depending on the value of the candidate;
· Ability to communication in another language.
