Purpose: The BI Analyst reports to the Commercial Manager and will run the commercial and trend analysis, scenario modelling and opportunity assessment leading to a commercial insight and recommendation by using the information and processes available.

Market Context: PEBAC is a business unit formed by 5 countries (Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia, Argentina & Chile) with similar market contexts, trends and opportunities across them. Its ambition is to change the way consumers celebrate in those countries. For delivering our ambition the focus is: reinforce our consumer recruitment strategy, consolidate our portfolio to face local spirits and beer competition, simplify our operating model so it can cope with usual environmental volatility, route to consumer partners willing to integrate and create superior holistic value and flexible organization with an integrated winning and productive mind-set while transforming the way we work with Distributors, to generate efficient, profitable and reliable growth through mastering and being best in class in Distributors' partnership.
Beer is the biggest TBA player in PEBAC with 565M 9Lc having a 66% penetration into the casual get together occasion while Spirits is 30M 9Lc (18% Whisky penetration, 70% aperitif, 50% Pisco & 50% Rum).

Key Outputs/deliverables:

· Analyse information from customers, channels, categories, shopper, consumer and competition, identifying opportunities for improvement and insights to generate proposals and recommendations that contribute to business growth.
· Consolidate market information (CCR, The retail factory, IWSR, sell in and sell out of customers) to have a deep understanding of the business. Coordinate diffusion through dynamic reports.
· Participate in the construction of commercial strategy (JUBP), cycle brief and one plan, supporting/helping with relevant insights and market data to make an efficient use of the resources.
· Analyse, propose and communicate results and action plans based on the Commercial Monthly Scorecard. Define guidelines for measuring trade indicators for performance evaluation: PDV, KA, Key Costumer and Customer Marketing.
· Bring support to the team for category management agenda (EOS).
· Support the measurement and evaluation (M & E's) of all business to justify the investment of A&P.
· Co-Lead Business Intelligence agenda with our local partner.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

· Graduate calibre
· 2 - 4 years experience in customer facing, retail / FMCG businesses
· Experience of generating consumer/shopper, customer and market insights and applying that understanding to drive growth with customers
· Understanding of and passion for customer and consumer/shopper
· Solid inter-personal skills and ability to work well within teams
· Great project management skills
· Self-motivated, responsive and tenacious
· Communication skills.
· Strong analytical & financial skills.
· Robust MS EXCEL and MS ACCESS knowledge.
· Execution and Customer Marketing discipline background including:
· Trade / RTM strategies (commercial / distribution knowledge)
· Solid proven experience in brilliance in execution
· Budget management
· Organized and well time management.
· Ethics and integrity
· Ability to manage complexity / ambiguity
· Fluent in English & Spanish
