Currently we're looking for Helpdesk technician with English/French and German to join our team located in Getafe (Madrid).

Responsibilities:

·  Advising departments, individual planning and implementation (programming) of the requirements in SAP.
·  Contributing to national and international projects.
·  Documenting development contracts.
·  Monitoring of interfaces to connected non-SAP systems.

Second level of incidents resolution via remote control.

Tasks and Targets:

*Management of second level incidents:
-Incident Resolution.
-Major incidents and general problems resolution.
-How do I.
-Look into unknown incidents.
-Dispatching/chasing up to Level 3.
-Schedule appointments between onsite team and the customer.
-Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.

*Get to know the client environment and the business.
*Keep updated the Documentation and procedures.

Su perfil

- Grado Superior de Informática de Gestión or previous experience, one year resolving incidents via remote control for WINTEL, Outlook and MS Office systems.
- Knowledge of OS: W7,NT, XP, W2000, Unix, IBM emulator, IE, MS Office,Ms Access Outlook,Catia.Java,McAffee.
- Knowledge of Hardware standard (PC, printers, scaners).
- Knowledge of diagnostic tools.
- Communication skills.
- Ability to develop root causes for incidents.
- Availability working bank holidays and hourly rotations.
- Availability working at Madrid south ( Getafe ).
- Languages Required: English, German, French and Spanish or English,German and Spanish or English, French and Spanish.
