EVIAN VOLVIC INTERNATIONAL (EVI) is looking for a VIE Junior Brand Manager (Evian Volvic Badoit - for Europe/Africa zone, Barcelona) ASAP. Position based in Barcelona, Spain.

We bring premium water from France to the four corners of the world - ever seen the Alps rise in the deserts of UAE, snow during a summer day in China or a bar in Singapore serving only sparkling water (& getting away with it)? We bring to life our iconic global brands EVIAN, VOLVIC & BADOIT. You can rely on us to bring our waters to you, whether you're on holiday in exotic New Caledonia or shopping in Madrid.
We operate on a unique business model: partnership with local distributors. We work with more than 150 distributors, operating in more than 110 countries. But we have to let you in on a little secret -- the team behind it is no more than 100pax, with employees strategically based around the world. In fact, we are probably one of the most culturally diverse Business Unit in Danone with 33 different nationalities located in over 20 countries.

VIE at Barcelona can began as soon as possible in 2016.
Full scope of responsibilities: Europe/Africa zone, including 44 countries.
1. CATEGORY MANAGEMENT & SALES DEVELOPMENT
Initiate and lead category & sales development projects based on relevant market insights with the objective to improve in-store availability, visibility, capitalize on shopper needs, and ultimately contribute to EVI business objectives:
· Promotion: develop promotional planning, maximizing impact, brand expression, and call-to-action. Increase ROI: continuous evaluation targeting to create increased efficiencies and promotional effectiveness;
· Point of Sales Material: Deploy toolkit & other communication tools by channel, develop POSM plan by market;
· Category Vision: and in-store theaterization;
Skills:
· Trade marketing & Category Management knowledge & shopper understanding
· Generous listening skills: ability identify key stakeholder needs (BDM, distributor, customer) and propose solutions based on clear and coherent facts
2. BRAND EQUITY BUILDING
Lead, implement and evaluate brand activation plans in our priority cities, including : • "City Storm Activation»:, Below-the-line and PR Events, In-store execution (animations, events, PoS material) and Consumer promotions. • PR management all-year-long : recommend and implement celebrities / KOL endorsements, local events participation, and leverage worldwide evian brand events. • Social Networking: create a day-to-day digital relationship with our consumers.
Skills:
· Digital knowledge and skills, especially social networks animation
· Leads and challenges agencies
3. BUSINESS TRACKING & FACILITATION
· Packaging: ensure regulatory compliance, packaging efficiencies;
· POSM: co-ordination of POSM logistics (central catalogue, local production, etc); Set & track targets POS execution within EVI database tools
Skills:
· Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively (including pro-activeness, anticipation, identifying bottle-necks and potential hurdles)
4. PEOPLE & ORGANISATION
· Recommends, encourages and fosters all types of synergies and best practice sharing across EVI in order to ensure and accelerate business profitable growth.
· Ensure constructive relation with PR & media agencies Ability to work efficiently and effectively within a very diverse team remotely.
PROFILE
· Fluent in English, advanced in Spanish
· Leadership skills & strategic thinking: challenge, leads, influence, engage;
· Entrepreneurial profile: pragmatic, fast-learner on -the-job, flexibility/adaptability, business sense, results oriented;
· Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
· Results and excellence-oriented in execution (Do-er);
· Team player
Would typically have a 12 months marketing/trade marketing experience ;
Previous Trade Marketing or Junior Brand Manager is experience a plus ;
