IT Service Management Analyst
ABOUT THE JOB
You will join the team that is working on ensuring ITIL best practices are implemented and used across all Group Danone IS/IT organizations, we are configuring and administrating the request management software and processes around the world from local teams through regional competency centers to central teams. We have new challenges as Enterprise Service Management which come with implementation of the new solutions and platform for business and IS/IT departments
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with business and Process Owners to gather input to support ongoing business needs for ServiceNow configuration, implementation and support
• Perform day to day administration of the ServiceNow system, including making approved changes to process and workflows in ITSM and PPM modules
• Implement modules of ServiceNow to support all ITIL processes including: Incident, Change, Problem Management, SACM, Service Catalog, and others
• Perform ServiceNow implementation tasks including but not limited to: configuration, integration, and testing
• Create ServiceNow reports, dashboards & homepages. Utilize Performance Analytics to collect historical data
• Lead or participation in a key projects for organization in IT4IT area
ABOUT YOU
You will be perfect in this role if:
· you have min. 2 years of experience on similar position in international organization with complex IT processes;
· you have knowledge of ITIL and ServiceNow;
· you have very good knowledge of IT / IS, scripts and MS Office;
· you have process-oriented mind and ability to solve problems independently;
· you are interested in business process analysis, IT project management;
· you have customer oriented attitude and very good communications skills (presentations in front of customers),
· you have ability to analyze business processes and experience in work with data
· you speak English fluently in speech and writing/ nice to have: French/other

IT CC EMEA manages over 2,000 servers and 1,500 active network devices. On a daily basis, he supports over 25,000 users managing server infrastructure and mass storage as well as database servers and backup processes. They are also involved in projects aimed at implementing new solutions as well as development and standardization of existing ones. IS / IT deals with analyzing and integrating IT systems and managing projects related to their acquisition. They deal with the creation, selection and support of information systems used in all DANONE companies in Poland. The Technical Informatics team, which is part of this department, supports us all in the field of office equipment.
