YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE :

This apprenticeship / internship will take place in Rueil-Malmaison (92) in our superb HQ as of July 2024.  

To thrive in your missions, your coach (aka your manager) at Danone Thomas KYRIACO, Sustain & Custom Dir, will help you cross the finish line:

 

In the Global Commercial & Customers Team, they very first Global Sales Teams Digital Platform has been recently launched. It enables Danone sales teams to share, learn, be inspired, be trained, benefit from all the latest tools, vision, playbook, look of success and many other documents developed globally.  It’s also a powerful tool to collect sales best practices and share them widely.

 

The GLOBAL SALES TEAMS DIGITAL PLATFORM PROJECT OWNER is in charge of managing the platform on a daily basis:

·  Connection with the IT team & the agency to regularly correct & improve the platform
·  In charge of content management :upload new documents, new versions, update breaking news areas, new useful links… update key messages on workplace digital platform page.
·  Coordinate and animate the global sales teams platform owners : monthly editorial committee, identification of key priorities & messages for the coming month
·  Co-manage 2024 global Sales Best Practices campaign : review uploaded best practices, check, calibrate, validate with category owners, improve the look & feel. Once all best practices collected, co-lead the process to rank best practices and identify the winners, in relation with the Global Sales Leadership teams.

About you

You are a champion:

·  Available from July for a duration of 6 months
·  You have a 4 to 5 years study level from university, business or engineering school.
·  A previous experience in Sales is a plus
·  Site management experience is a plus.
·  Strong SharePoint Knowledge
·  Ability to listen & manage complexity
·  Ability to drive project
·  Do you speak English ? We need someone who is fluent and at ease in a multicultural environment
