Overview
Assure timely the supply of raw materials, equipment and services for the assigned customer, using
effectively systems and tools, minimizing delivery time and shipping cost.
Process & request advance payment . Import material on time.
Have a direct communication with customers, suppliers, purchasing & warehouse area basically
Additional responsibilities
­ Request quotations to suppliers
­ Create purchasing requisitions and give follow up to the Purchase orders for materials or services
­ Follow up material reception
­ Give instructions to customs agent to import materials
­ Assure invoice entry into SAP system
­ Negotiation with internal and external suppliers

Basic Qualifications
­ English: Advanced, business conversations.
­ Certificate degree on bussiness administration, international bussines, industrial engineer or similar
­ Supply chain management at least 3 years

Preferred Qualifications
­ Logistics experience
­ Lotus Notes knowledge
­ SAP User desirable
­ Effective and assertive communication
­ Excel: Advanced
