Coordinate analysis of warranty returns, define strategies to improve reliability, customer and consumer satisfaction through detailed analysis of the product returns and repair data.
Lead Customer warranty Meetings
Report to Customer the results of the warranty returns analyzed and the actions defined to prevent more events.
Participate and support root cause analysis activities with the product core team (Manufacturing, R&D and Customer).
Perform NTF analysis to identify improper dealer diagnostic practices
Work with Customers to release bulletins to prevent unnecessary warranty impact.
Perform analysis of early warranty information to provide feedback to the core product team for implementation of preventive or corrective actions to improve warranty performance and meet/exceed customer expectations.
Support Warranty Reserve and recovery Process and NTF.

Responsible to coordinate warranty improvement activities with development area

Necessary requirements
Engineering with minimum 2-3 years manufacturing, quality or design experience with electro-mechanical products
Strong Problem Solving Skills (3-5yrs)
Excel, Powerpoint skills
Statistical knowledge
Strong English speaking, reading and writing skills, Good communication and interpersonal skills to interface with global team members.
She/He must have process, results and quality orientation.
The candidate must also have demonstrated leadership skills to drive results

Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred experience in automotive industry
