Shenkai is a joint-venture between Shentong (Shanghai Metro operator) and Keolis (French transportation company). At this stage, 450 people are working in Shenkai. Shenkai operates the first Automatic People mover in Shanghai (L8-3) and a tram line in Songjiang. The preparations of the opening of a second line in SJ (August 2019) and a metro line in Pudong Airport (September 2019) are on-going.

The goal of Shenkai is to secure the on-going operations, to warranty the best openings and to win others projects in China.

Since the start of the Company in 2014, the operation department of Shenkai headquarters has undergone a rapid, intensive, and challenging development. Its scope of work has ranged from technical reviews on pre-projects, budgets definition, bidding for O&M, mobilization for pre-operation period and technical assistance on driverless O&M and tramway operations.

To implement the development strategy of Shenkai, to make sure the best practices and standards of both mother companies are followed and to face the work load according to our current projects (Pujiang Line, Pudong Airport Project, Songjiang tramway, as well as other new projects), the operation department has reinforce itself in an efficient way, and is now looking for an Operation engineer inside the operation department of Shenkai headquarters.

As an Operation engineer, your main responsibilities will be:
- Implement and promote in the projects the best practices from Keolis France or coming from others lines in operation
- Understand the operation organization and is able to propose solution when issue occurs
- Monitor the operation activities and react when issues occur
- Check the quality of the writing of technical documents from operation and maintenance department of lines then give out improvement recommendations if necessary.
- Participate in meetings with lines general manager and line department managers regarding logistics, organization, and operational issues of the project.
- Participate in meeting with the providers and understand ins and outs.
- Perform the link between French experts and the local team
- Is involved in the new biddings (construction of the technical and financial)
- Other tasks given by superior

Your profil :
Master’s degree in engineering ( transports, urban engineering , civil engineering…) and/or Various basic knowledge in industrial field (mechanical, electrical, automatism, …)
French: native
English: Fluent
Chinese: Good level
Proactive people / Curious
