REMUNERATION MENSUELLE :2190€ (indemnité non contractuelle fixée par décret et arrêté, dont le montant peut varier notamment en
fonction de l’évolution du barème de référence, de la localisation de la mission et des cas d’abattements prévus par les textes)

Key Accountabilities

• Sustainable Procurement – Management of the Corporate Social Responsibility program of AXA IM Procurement
- Managing relationship with the rating agency (SRM, business review)
- Managing suppliers assessment program (spend analysis, scope definition, operational organization)
- Defining actions plan to enhance Procurement CSR performance (strategies & processes implementation)
- Managing CSR communication (CR Champion program – being the single point of contact between AXA IM Procurement, AXA Group and other AXA entities)
- Managing, ensuring and following CSR training for buyers (latest environmental and social aspects)
- Supporting buyers to engage and generate value for suppliers with the CSR mandatory clause

• Procurement Policy
- Ensuring procurement policy compliance with the sourcing teams (contracts review & approval)
- Updating the procurement policy (global spend analysis, actions plan and deployment)
- Analyzing and reporting contracts not negotiated by Procurement (spend analysis, information gathering and reporting)

• Procurement communication
- Driving internal communication with the Procurement team (top management & Buyers)
- Collaborative tools management (SharePoint site / Intranet pages / Contract database)
- Setting up procurement communication tools (content creation / ad hoc presentations)

• Travel Management support – Transversal activity
- Managing travel requests
- Managing travel compliance reporting (breaches analysis)
- Ensuring the compliance of the Physical Security Policy (training coordination, traveller awareness)

• Sourcing support – Transversal activity
- Budget and planning definition
- Market study analysis
- RFP management & negotiation process

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Qualifications
• Master II degree level required (Business field related)
• Specialized in Procurement or relevant area is a plus
Experience
• Interest in Procurement Operations & Management (not necessarily Sourcing)
• Interest in Corporate Social Responsibility topics (Environmental, Labor & Human rights and Ethics)
• First experience in Procurement or CSR function is a plus

Knowledge and Skills
• Presentation skills (impacting presentations, C-level presentations)
• Analytical skills (business case analysis, reporting)
• Proficient in Microsoft and knowledge of Procurement tools is plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in both French and English.
