PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Integrated in the Products, Crude & Derivatives Operations Department, the successful candidate will draft, review and update spot contracts to purchase and sale crude oil and products, and derivatives confirmations. Among his / her main responsibilities will be:

· To review the international commercial contracts as well as their amendments, always in line with the operative, legal and commercial guidelines provided by the company.
· To review the long term agreements, the general terms and conditions, the international swaps and derivatives association (ISDA) agreements and LFC wording, as well as interact with several internal departments of the company and with international counterparties.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· University degree in Law. Master Degree in international/maritime business will be highly valued.
· At leat 1 year of experience as contracts analyst or operator in a trading department, unit or company.
· Fluent in English. Other languages will be a plus.
