BETWEEN currently has a team of 400 people working in the fields of automotive, aerospace, railway, Oil & Gas, retail, world of sports, education, etc.

Currently, we are looking forTechnical Support with high level of Germanto work on a long-term project in one of our major clients. Will be responsible of technical support in first or second level.

Also, the selected profile will join in a fix-contract our client’s team after 6 months working with us.

Will perform the following tasks:

– Technical support to the SAP BW module
– Alerts coordination
– Support by phone or ticketing tool
– Team support: improvements
– Reporting

Requisitos

• Mín 2 years of experience as a technical support in first or second level
• Technical background valuable
• Native or high level of German
• Preferable SAP knowledge in BW
