Currently, we are looking forTechnical Support with high level of Germanto work on a long-term project in one of our major clients in Retail sector.

The selected person will develop consulting projects and implementation of Salesforce internationally.

The project will count of 6 months as a consultant of Between + Incorporation in client’s staff.

Will perform the following tasks:

– Technical support to German and English keyusers arround the company

– Solution development
– Support by phone or ticketing tool
– Team support: improvements
– Reporting

Requisitos

Essential:

– Technical training

– Experience as a support technician

– High level of German

– Good level of English
