Finance / Data Management Business Analyst (F/H) - PARIS

The business analyst will be part of the Data Management team within PBRC – Financial Controlling. This is a newly-created position, following the decision to internalize within PBRC the team which was previously hosted by AXA GS.

PBRC is the department dedicated to analyzing, commenting and reporting the financial information that is delivered to Group Management and to external parties (mostly shareholders, analysts, auditors and supervisors).

Within PBRC, the Financial Controlling team is the owner of all major Finance processes at Group level and responsible for the production, the analysis and the monitoring of IFRS actual accounts, budget, forecast reporting analyses and the Group annual report and Solvency II Pillar 3 reporting.

The Data Management team will be in charge of managing the financial data collected by PBRC and to administrate the reporting tools used to prepare consolidated financial analyses and reports to the Management.

Key Accountabilities:

Management reports:

· Prepare the restitution packs used for clearance meetings and Management reports
· Ensure the proper implementation of data base enhancements / new report developments
· Provide support users (entities, group team)
Access Management:
· Manage the accesses of all IT repositories used by PBRC (SharePoint, Magnitude..)
Data quality:
· Ensure the data quality of deliverables.
· Enhance controls to improve data quality
· Document the set up / review of any Management dashboard
Project:
· Participate in the ad-hoc projects (i.e. IFRS17 ,IFRS9)

Profil recherché

Qualifications :

Graduated from a financial degree or engineering / IT School, you have at least 3 years experience in IT/Finance, ideally in a consulting firm, your main skills are the following:

- Strong IT expertise

- Knowledge of financial concepts & KPIs

- Appetite for the Insurance business

- Rigor, organization, anticipation and flexibility

- Ability to project mode

- Fluent in English

- Good communication skills

Technical Skills:

MS Excel – PivotTables, Functions

Programming: SQL is a plus

Applications: Magnitude is a plus
