Job description



Job Purpose
Provide people insights and solutions to help solve business challenges, drive business growth and priorities. Act as change agent for the organisation and a trusted strategic partner, advisor and challenger for business leaders on people-related issues

Key Accountabilities
For a specific and global business perimeter:

• Work with the business area managers and teams to anticipate and proactively translate business and talent needs into HR requirements and working environment.
• Constantly develop your understanding of business areas, business challenges, and teams
• Interact regularly with Global Heads, to share insight and knowledge of people-related topics, provide guidance, challenge when appropriate.
• Analyse and investigate business / people issues and trends within the concerned business area.
• Take an arbitration role in sensitive conflicts which involve managers, employees, trade unions, etc.
• Play a role in fostering AXA Culture among all business stakeholders: D&I, innovation, digital cross working, etc.

• Provide support and challenge managers on cyclical managerial processes including talent management, employee engagement, performance management
• Coach and support line managers on processes related to Performance Management and Talent Management, specifically on issues related to those
• Support and secure an integrated and coherent implementation and execution of all HR services to ensure business managers understand implications for their local business area.
• Educate and support line managers in people management activities
• Interface between Centres of Expertise (e.g. Reward) and the business.
• Partner with the L&OD Centre of Expertise to drive a robust and action-oriented organisation and Talent Review process with business leaders.
• Identify development and learning needs throughout the business and liaise with the CoE.
• Support line managers on recruitment processes locally partnering with Talent Acquisition.
• Liaise with local HRBPs and ensure consistency in the HR approach and support for the global perimeter
• Have a strong relationship with the AXA IM HR community e.g. CoEs and understand boundaries of responsibility.
• Provide Senior HRBP with necessary information and insights to support Senior HRBP discussions with MB members.

Role Requirements


Education/Qualifications
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR management, or related field
Experience
• Experience in an HR Business Partner role or other relevant HR experiences

Knowledge and Skills
• Some knowledge of HR policies, processes and practices (Talent Management, compensation review, performance management…)
• Local employment law and procedure agreements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English

• Clear, comprehensive understanding of the link between HR initiatives and business strategy
• Ability to deliver and monitor processes in autonomy
• Capacity to step back and understand human challenges
