The Recruiter will provide support to the Recruitment Partner giving a 'value add' activities throughout the recruitment process such as vacancy creation, job distribution, CV sifting, pre-screening, shortlisting and interview coordination.
Duties:
- Drive development of the search strategy as well as conduct research and investigate new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies.
- Identify, contact and telephone interview to potential candidates for roles across different regions, using the highest level of professionalism when interacting with candidates, peers and GBU recruiters.
- Post vacancies to job boards; creating and search talent pools; conduct pre-screen interviews; provide candidate shortlists; up-date the recruitment database; log and process CV's and details (i.e. adverts, offer stage, reporting stage, candidate notification), as well as preparing monthly/weekly reports.

Communication Skills:
English business fluent (C1 Advanced) and Spanish
Skills & Experience Required:
The Resourcer needs to be an excellent communicator, with knowledge of recruitment and selection processes, the ability to multitask and coordinate different recruitment projects at the same time, with exceptional attention to detail, tact. Sound knowledge of IT packages and databases, such as MS Office
