Mission of our new Unified Communication and Collaboration Pre Sales Engineer:

Offer a mix of commercial drive and expert technical support to Unify channel partners and Unify/Atos Sales Teams in the acquisition and development of new and existing business opportunities in the Netherlands and potentially across BeNeLux and The Nordics (BTN).

 

The role of UCC Pre-Sales:

As part of the Unified Communication and Collaboration (UCC) division you’ll be working on opportunities as either an individual or with colleagues from UCC or other Atos divisions. Together with your colleagues in the region you will work on projects, share knowledge and be challenged by other questions colleagues might have on their projects.

UCC Pre-Sales provide innovative solutions to address client business challenges based on the Atos portfolio of products and associated services providing high quality technical authorship, advice to bid and tender support to bid teams. We use the language of the client and vary content depending upon the audiences’ level of seniority and understanding of technology. The conversations with clients may be in regular meetings, workshops, online meeting or presentations in the Atos Business Technology Innovation Centers or on client premises.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Design technical solutions that meet the Unify/Atos Clients business needs, ensuring that they are technically viable, profitable and can be supported within the Atos business
·  Prime design authority from Acquisition to handover into realisation
·  Ensuring that migration and implementation strategies are robust and achievable
·  Provide complex pricing quotations
·  Developing business and technical architectures
·  Setting and monitoring technical standards
·  Evaluating Third Party supplier proposals
·  Assuring compliance of Third-party supplier quotations to Unify technical standards
·  Primary Client interface for technical innovation

 

 

Key requirements: 

·  Has a sound understanding of the fundamentals of communications such as VoIP, SIP, Contact Center and Cloud etc.
·  Can engage with technical audiences in the communications environment talking confidently about core technologies and relating them to the clients business
·  Has well developed written skills and writes compelling messaging/value propositions, RFI/RFP responses, business documents, sales proposals and sales collateral
·  Presents information well to people, communicating the key points clearly and adapting style and content according to the recipient/audience
·  Is confident in own ability to do the job and can demonstrate consistency and a high level of self-motivation
