Caractéristiques du poste

La direction fiscale du groupe Worldine recherche un stagiaire pour une période de 6 mois qui interviendra sur les sujets suivants

· Recherches techniques, rédaction de notes, présentations ;
· Interventions sur l’ensemble des sujets fiscaux nationaux et internationaux du Groupe
· Participation aux contrôles fiscaux et aux échanges précontentieux et contentieux;
· Participation au suivi des réorganisations intra groupe
· Assistance à la rédaction de la documentation relative aux prix de transferts du Groupe et dans la mise à jour des conventions intra-groupe,
· Veille fiscale
· Intervention dans le calcul de la charge d’impôt courante, du taux effectif d’imposition, du décaissement d’impôt et l’élaboration des liasses fiscales, en lien avec les équipes comptables;

Profil

· Formation bac + 5d’école de commerce ou d’université avec une spécialisation en fiscalité; Elève-avocat inscrit à l’EFB (avec une spécialisation en fiscalité) dans le cadre de son PPI.

· Nous cherchons un candidat rigoureux et autonome, capable de travailler dans un environnement convivial mais exigeant.

· Anglais courant exigé

Le poste est basé à Bezons (95).
