SKILLS

Experience in Application Support, Configuration and Applications Deployment, knowledge of ODS. Programming and scripting skills

▶Minimum 2 years of previous experience in a technical position.
▶Minimum 1 year of experience working in projects with GMS applications.
▶Excellent knowledge of GMS applications, their architecture and their business processes.
▶Ability to work co-operatively with others to achieve a common goal
▶Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

▶High attention to detail
▶Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
▶Fluent oral and written English
JOB DESCRIPTION

▶Provide an in-depth level of support for the operational OMS/ODS Services by troubleshooting, investigating and resolving the reported Service incidents
▶Prepare and maintain the configuration of the applications for each different project. Own the configuration component for each Finish Product (FP).
▶Keep track of changes in the application and the architecture that trigger configuration changes.
▶Own the FPs and deploy them as necessary.
▶Create and use automation to configure and deploy FPs.
▶Identify and report defects where necessary
▶Have a detailed understanding of the end-to-end operation of the OMS/ODS Services, including the specifics of the Service environments, implementation and configuration, the Service functionalities, the business processes supported by the Services, and the Customer usage of the Services.
▶Monitor and attend the Service incidents and requests related to the OMS/ODS Services
▶Progress existing Service incidents and requests efficiently to ensure the SLA
▶Ensure Service incidents and requests contain complete and relevant information
▶Escalate Service incidents and requests to the next support level as required
▶Execute the operational procedures related to the operation and maintenance of the OMS/ODS Services
▶Identify and report repetitive Service incidents to aid permanent fixes and/or workarounds to be produced
▶Identify and report to the OMS/ODS Operations Manager any risks or issues that are likely to impact ability of the Central Operations and Delivery Team to achieve the required milestones, deliverables and/or Objectives.
▶Participate in OMS/ODS Operational periods and provide support during them from TOC/CTOC when necessary.
▶Provide support communicating directly with key users when necessary.
▶Communicate with Level 3 support to troubleshoot issues.
