Solution Assistant Intership

Reporting:

Functionally reporting to the Solution Manager in Major Events

Description:

Supporting the Solution Manager to build solutions to bids where Major Events participate

Key Tasks:

· Under the guidance of the Solution Manager, the Assistant will assist to build and consolidate information from the technical solutions that will be delivered to the commercial team. Major tasks are the following:
· Pursuit and challenge different teams to provide their inputs
· Consolidate information for the PnL
· Consolidate documentation
· Search for information with the Portfolio Manager
· Present the information to the Solution Manager
· Any other tasks security scope required by the Solution Manager

Required Experience, Skills and Abilities:

· Strategic thinking
· Knowledge and passion for technology, specially in digital
· Coursing a degree in technology
· Good communication skills, interpersonal and presentations skills
· Good oral and written English
