The ODS Integration Analystis responsible of the integration of one or several ODS applications. Works with the Service Delivery Team to complete the Installation, configuration and Delivery Acceptance prior to performing the Integration Test.

During the End to End testing, he/she will have to operate and support one or several application components to identify any defect or operational error.

Key tasks:

· Work with Service Delivery with regards to: Delivery reception, installation, configuration and acceptance.
· Execute the test plan for the one or more ODS applications and their interfaces.
· Monitor, track and address issues to the ODS Integration Manager related to the testing of the IOC ODS applications and the integration of these applications with external systems (including but not limited to OCOG and ODS systems as well as external Government systems); recommend actions to mitigate them.
· Operate and Supports the one or more ODS systems to ensure they are operational during all phases of Sports Testing
· Support the Sports Analysts in the trouble shooting of the ODS applications and ODF interface
· Provide regular reporting on the progress of ODS testing.
· Define and perform the Technical Test plans of one or more ODS applications.
· Coordinate with other teams (Service Delivery, Upstream Testing, Host City Integration team, other application providers…) the ODS testing activities that require the support of those teams.
· Prepare and execute the interfaces testing with internal and external stakeholders.
· Prepare Test Cases and Test Reports in a timely manner.
· Apply Defect Tracking Process: tracking defect status, providing more information to software providers if requested, testing defect patches and closing or reopening defects as needed.
· Apply Quality Assurance policies to the ODS software, in line with the Integration Test Strategy document.
· Define the Operation Policies and Procedures for one or more ODS Applications
· Perform other duties as assigned

Required Experience, Skills and Abilities:

· Previous experience of software integration testing
· Working experience of multi-source software and testing
· Previous experience in ODS applications
· Related work experience in inscriptions and entries applications at regional multi-sports events, World/Continental Championships, Olympic and Paralympic Games or similar events
· Previous experience working in a fast-paced, multi-level, project based environment with emphasis on timelines is an asset
· Very good understanding of software applications and integration
· Experience in management of processes and people
