Poste et missions:
Main responsibilities:
In relation with the Financial Department, Customer Service, Account Management and R&D team, the ideal candidate will provide and analyze our Business Travelers data and keep track of our internal KPI’s.
For each typology of data, you will:
- Analyze, verify and improve data accuracy (with both internal and 3nd party APIs)
- Measure flaws and investigate their origin
- Deliver very detailed client reports to our management
- Automate all reports generation for internal and external clients
- Identify new opportunities for process improvement
- Provide concise data reports and clear data visualizations for management
- Plan and test problem solving and continuous improvement solutions
- Evaluate KPI requirements from the stakeholders
- Propose relevant analyses and formatting to meet internal and external clients needs
- Communicate and share results
Profil:
- Ability to analyze, synthesize and prioritize your tasks
- Database skills and knowledge of Excel, VBA, SQL are required
- Development skills in Python or Ruby would be appreciated
- Very autonomous person
- Ability to work in a small team in multicultural and international environment
- Languages: native French, fluent English, Spanish is welcome but not necesary
- Qualification: Master degree in Engineering, Statistics or Marketing
